Isaac came home with two 2nd place trophies this last weekend! He scored really well on both of his forms, and his sparring was AWESOME!!! In his last two competitions, Isaac has been scared to death of sparring---lots of crying and tears (even though he ended up taking 1st place--he hated every minute of it). So this time, being his first time competing as a black belt, had me very nervous. But, he totally surprised me! He went out on that mat and gave it his all. He really went for it! And it paid off!
